Disappointing service

Disappointing service. In the past when I've ordered from this website it hasn't taken this long for my items to be shipped. I placed an order on September 9th and 10 days later, it still hasn't been shipped.

All of my items were in stock when ordered. With zero communication about the delays and I won't be ordering from them again.

I should have come to Trustpilot before…

I should have come to Trustpilot before I ordered something from this company. I am getting worried that I am not getting anything. I ordered something at the beginning of September, and getting nothing for my order so far. As I come from Hong Kong, I am really ashamed that this company is also from Hong Kong. How can they use Covid as an excuse? The things my friends sent me from Hong Kong arrived within one week. It would be much faster if I ask my friends to send the stuff to me from Hong Kong directly. Really shame on Stylevana.

I love shopping here, the only downside is how slow is the site actually.

Do not order!!

Do not order!!! Like many here, I've ordered more than 2 weeks ago but still nothing. I've contacted their customer support but only received a general email and followed up but no response. Spent $200 on skin care and starting to worry I won't receive them.

My order # is BWSVAUA160158000. I would like a refund please!!

Be careful what you order

I have ordered several times from the site and it took a while for stuff to arrive. But it did arrive. However, you have to be careful what you select on the website because they won't tell you that they don't have the item on hand. Instead they will put something like shipment within 30 days. Which means they have to order if from Asia and then receive it before you it can be shipped to you. So even if one item is late, you will have to wait forever and endure their poor customer service email responses to figure out why you aren't getting your product. My latest order is now 1 month and 3 weeks late and still in "Processing". They haven't been forthcoming in responding via email. So I may have to cancel with the credit card company and order elsewhere.

Shop Elsewhere!

Like many, MANY others, I have yet to receive any dispatch confirmation for an order placed on 25th August. It is now 18th September and when contacting the support email, I've gotten the same automated email blaming Covid for delays. NOT WORTH IT. Spend your money elsewhere.

10 days, order still processing!

Placed an order 10 days ago with express shipping and all items were “in stock, ready to ship in 24 hours” tagged next to them. I emailed at the 5 day mark and received a copy and paste response using covid as an excuse. Apparently its causing delays of up to 7 days. Checked my order today and it’s still processing. Stay away from this company.

Do not use them if you want your order arriving a month plus later

I placed an order on 24th August for over £60 worth of items . I'm writing this review on 18th September and my order still HASN'T been shipped out . I have emailed them for weeks amd still no response whatsoever. I just want my order and to done with this company

My worst online shopping experience. Got totally deceived by their nice website and Instagram page

This is, by far, the WORST online shopping experience I've ever had.

Ordered on 8 Sept and until 18 Sept my order status is still 'PROCESSING'. Not even sent. It's ridiculous since all the products I ordered were all IN STOCK and none of them needs to be pre ordered. Which means, it should be shipped within 24hrs, according to their own website. So why is it taking so long?

Not to mention after finished with the 'processing' they (supposed to) send the package from HONG KONG. So, yeah.. only god knows if my package will ever come or not.

The most ridiculous part is that I have sent two emails, three messages through the website, many comments on their IG page, also sending DM on Instagram regarding order cancellation and guess what?
Been four days since my first message, and none of them have been replied.
And it gets more infuriating bcs their Instagram page is soo active in posting new content, promotion, and discounts, but giving NO SOLUTIONS to their customers and even IGNORED them. So, applause for that 👏

Turns out it's not just me, most of ppl who commented on their IG posts are complaining about the same thing. What a great customer service. Is that how you do business? By scamming people?

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

If anyone from stylevana team are seeing this, my order number is #BWSVNLA111011369 so please check on it right away and do not stall my cancellation request any further.

Worst ever experience online shop like…

Worst ever experience online shop like all the other reviews no customer service just generic automated replies glad I didn't spend too much ( £20) as I like to test out new companies I use, well stylevanna you have failed miserably as someone who spends a lot on beauty you will not be getting a returning customer Avoid this company

A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.

Shipping is terrible. My products that said "shipped within 24 hours" have not shipped yet and it has been 8 days since I ordered. Trying to get customer service to respond is a nightmare also. I got one response but it was a very generic we are working on it response.

It was very difficult based on my experience. Had some issues with a purchase and sent my inquiries many times and waited weeks before they finally got back to me. And the customer service was not helpful at all. Really really bad experience!
